I don't know about you, but I'd jump at the chance to spend four minutes interviewing David and Gillian (or Chris and Frank).

I bought the soundtrack today at a Barnes & Noble in St Louis. I was going to try to get it at Best Buy, but it showed that no stores in the St Louis area had it. I figured Barnes & Noble would... and I stopped there before work and sure enough they did. They hadn't even put it on the shelf yet.

MSNBC has an article that discusses how to avoid typecasting by using Gillian and David as examples: Anderson, Duchovny greater than the sum of X. The site also features an X-Files quiz - Test your knowledge. Depending on how specific they’re being, I might debate the answer to #14.

This is a very sad day.

If you are a french X-Fu, I'm sure you know about our partner site LVEI.net, the biggest french Website about The X-Files.

The site exists since the early seasons of the show and was created from a scratch by SebOS. He was the manager of the site and a personal friend.
We have just learned that he died not long ago.
I am extremely sad. He was an extremely friendly guy and even if he was the Webmaster of the biggest french Website about the show, he used to took the time to talk and laugh with all the members of his site. His work was also amazing! He was the first one to create an ultimate database of the series when no site at all has such thing!

I remember some of our discussions back in the good old days of the sixth season. We will miss him and, most of all, will remember him for his work and his way of being.

Our prayers go to his family and friends.

Goodbye, Coincoin.

A new Mark Snow soundtrack!

Hello everyone!

The last time we had a new X-Files CD was in... 1998! Ten years ago!

As you know, only portions of music from the first 3 seasons were edited on a CD (called "The Truth and The Light"). Since then? Nothing. This is an absolute shame, since Mark Snow has always done a great job, from the Pilot episode to the series finale. Indeed, except for a few episodes (mostly on the comedy episodes), Mark Snow's music was always amazing!
Remember the music from the teaser of "Roland"? Remember the last piece of music from "Ascension"? The music from "Nisei/731"? From "Grotesque"? The music from "The Sixth Extinction II: Amor Fati"? From "Requiem"?

So, ten years after the great soundtrack from the first movie "Fight the Future", the soundtrack of the new movie IS OUT TODAY!

You can buy it online or you can run to the closest CD store and maybe you'll get lucky! Anyway, this is one of the best X-Files since a long long time.
